Skin websites change your real account, one skin at a time. Larp Mod changes what your game shows, so you can wear capes you don't own, change your name, copy any player's skin by typing their name, change other players, and spawn fake players. It never touches your real account.
It doesn't send anything to the server you play on or give you any advantage. But some servers ban every client mod, so check the rules of the server you play on. You use it at your own risk.
